How to Apply: A 4-Step Guide
Follow these simple steps to complete your application for CUSB via the SAMARTH portal.
1. Register Online
Visit the CUSB SAMARTH portal and choose your desired programs.
2. Upload Documents
Upload clear, scanned copies of all required documents from the checklist.
3. Pay Registration Fee
Pay non-refundable fee: ₹500 (Gen/OBC/EWS) or ₹200 (SC/ST/PwD).
4. Pay Programme Fee
After cut-offs, pay the full programme fee to secure your admission.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the registration fee refundable?
No, the registration fee of ₹500 (or ₹200 for reserved categories) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Can I apply for multiple programs?
Yes, you can apply for multiple programs for which you are eligible. You will have to pay the registration fee for each program you apply for separately.
What if I don't have a required document right now?
If a mandatory document is not available, you must upload a signed self-declaration or undertaking (as per Annexure-4 in the prospectus). You will be required to submit the original document by October 31, 2025, otherwise your admission may be cancelled.
When do I need to submit the Migration and Character Certificate?
The original Migration Certificate, School Leaving/Transfer Certificate, and Character Certificate can be submitted at a later date during the physical document verification after your admission is confirmed.
